What we do with your information.

What we collect

What you type into the form on this site: your name, your organization, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the type of organization you select, and whatever you write in the message box. With it we record the time you sent it and the internet address it came from, so we can spot spam.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and the site runs no scripts at all. We count page visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly counter on our own server: it records the page, the time, your browser and screen type and roughly which country you are in. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other sites and does not build a profile of you.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to have a sensible first conversation. That is the whole purpose.

What we don't do with it

• We do not add you to a mailing list.
• We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
• We do not send you a sequence of follow-up emails because you filled in a form.

How long we keep it

If we end up working together, for as long as we need it for the work and our records afterwards. If we don't, we keep the inquiry for up to twelve months so we remember the conversation if you come back, and then it goes.

Getting it deleted

Ask, and we will delete it and confirm that we have. Use the form, or reply to any email from us.

If we work together

During the work we may be given access to your systems and data. What we may do with that, how long we hold it, and what happens if something goes wrong is set out in the written agreement, not here. Ask to see it before you sign anything.
