Each piece of work gets the people it needs.
Gemini Strategic Consultants is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Subject experts, operators, researchers, designers, community leaders and institutional partners. A food-systems initiative and a hospitality workforce program do not need the same people, and no firm small enough to be useful employs both.
So we keep a small core and a wide bench, and we tell each partner which people are on their work and what each is responsible for.
